Tony Buschauer’s music blends rock, jazz, folk and country with introspective, soul-searching lyrics that seek the light at the end of the tunnel. In short, his music finds the heart of the matter.

Through his live performances, he has built a solid and consistent Southern California following, performing extensively on the west coast in clubs including the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip, The Viper Room , The Whisky a-Go-Go, Hard Rock Café, the El Rey Theater, Hotel Café and many more.

Tony has recorded numerous songs with producer/engineer Brian Reeves (U2, Billy Idol, Rooney), many of which have been in rotation at over 200 college radio stations throughout the U.S.; Billboard Magazine has recognized him for his songwriting and he recently completed a tour throughout the Midwest.

Upon moving to LA in 2003, Tony emerged on the local music scene with his rock band “Erwin”, as the band’s singer/guitarist and primary songwriter. As his songwriting evolved, he found that his material was becoming darker, moodier and more personal. In 2005, he decided to go it alone and pursue his music career as a solo artist.

Upcoming plans for Tony b include continued touring in the U.S. while writing and recording new material for an upcoming full-length album.

Tony currently lives in LA with his 9 cats and award winning squash patch. (ok, maybe not).

I'm currently working with producer/hit-master Gregg Allen (currently has a song he co-wrote/produced at Number 3 on the Billboard charts right in between Madonna and Kelly Clarkson - week of May 27, 2006). The expected release date of my full-length album is July 2006. There's a lot of work to be done between now and then!
